For how many days after vaccination fever last in 3.5 month babies, my baby's this is 3rd day the fever is upto 100.4 uptil when it will last

A. In general after vaccination within three or four days it will be subsidised. Please check with the doctor where you vaccinated, doctor will identitfy the issue and he may give other medicines to control the same. Wear protective winter clothes to avoid exposure to cold climate condition.
