Q.

for first baby i given less milk less than 10days as family said I am no getting enough milk so that said to give formula, when I got delivered 2dqys after I given breastfeeding as no one said that caused less milk and now after 4years I got 2nd pregnancy now I am in 8month, please suggest me I want to giv my child breastfeeding only. I am really stressed on this mam. how to get and give enough milk

A. shatavari when I start now itself or after delivery please suggest me. now baby weight is also less any precautions.

A. A Galactagogue Shatavari is also a well-known galactagogue, meaning it's able to increase breast milk productionTake ¼-1/2 teaspoon of Shatavari powder. 2. Take it with milk or honey twice a day after taking lunch and dinner.
