Q.
For first 2 months my baby gained good around 600 to 700 gram per month but now my baby gain only 300gram. Should i worry?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not worry. On an average your baby has gained around 600 grams in 3 months which is a normal weight gain. Baby should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier.
