A. you can use a diaper rash cream..
or there is home remedy..
the butter that you get from buttermilk..
just take fresh curd..make that buttermilk..out it in a bottle shake it..the cream on the top is the butter..
take it..put it in fridge..keep it out of fridge for an hour before you use for the baby..you can apply where there are rashes..they heal sooner. to avoid rashes..make sure you apply coconut oil or a moisturizing lotion or a rash free cream at least 4times a day while you changing diaper..Pat dry, apply either of these leave for aminute if possible then put a new diaper on.it works for my son

A. i have never triedaloe Vera gel on the rashes...
to cure diaper rashes. ..
you should clean the area and let it dry completely... apply some good diaper rash cream or coconut oil. . don't make them wear diaper till it gets completely cured... let the area free ... and air flow through the area should be free...
generally it takes 24 hours to heal normal rashes ... in severe cases it will take time upto 3-5 days...
so start caring from the starting...
or even better to avoid the rashes ..
to avoid the diaper rashes...
change the Diaper frequently in 4-5 hours...
while changing , clean the area and let it dry completely... apply some diaper rash cream on the area...
change the diaper immediately on pooping...
wipe the bottom from front to back everytime..
also give some diaper free time to the baby everyday atleast upto 30 minutes...
Always choose the correct size of diaper...
