for constipation. my 2 yr son suffers shld I give only honey in the morning OR honey with Luke warm water for constipation

Constipation is common in babies, give Fibre rich foods, fruits like pear, papaya, figs, apricots, green leafy vegetables especially spinach, it can be added in khichdi, give plenty of liquids to the baby. Keep the baby physically active. Make him sit in warm water tub while bathing for dinetimes as it helps in relaxing the sphincters around anus.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl7 years agoA. honey in lukewarm water will be more effective for the baby and also make your baby sit in a bathtub making position of V with the knees that is bended knees and make sure that you are also giving a good amount of water to the baby in a day
