Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the most important thing about paracetamol that you should know is that paracetamol is not given according to the age of the child but it is given according to the weight of the child so whenever you want any dosage for a any medicine you have to always mention weight of the child
