for 1month old baby I am getting mlik very low when I pump for 20 min just 30 ml milk coming I am taking proper food sleep even Lactire supplements also but my milk production is still low

A. hi mam ,I advise to offer direct breastfeeding because the more your child sucks, naturally the more milk is produced. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
