Q.

for 101.7 fever and running nose since Friday 18 July night ....i had ibugesic so I continued and went to doctor saturday night he suggested to continue ibugesic and other two one antibiotics and cold syrum but his fever is not coming down through medicine only after doing sponging his temperature slows down... what to do

A. Wait till tomorrow if you still see the fever is not in control despite of giving medicines for First 72 hours then you need to go for a blood test to know because it is not a normal fever then it could be a viral fever or any other kind of fever so you just have to do this and continue with cold sponge if it is helping
