A. colourful fruits and vegetables are protective, include Omega 3 fats: nuts like walnut,almonds in food, fish. protein foods like pulses, egg , chicken, meat (after 9 months) ,soya, curds for gut immunity. include Tulsi, ginger water, turmeric milk as these have anti inflammatory property. Avoid reduce intake of packaged, processed food.

A. good morning I would recommend you to give your baby Tulsi leaves apple and spinach on a daily basis all that helps to boost immunity of the child apart from that you can also try to give avocados and eggs to your baby on a daily basis
