food need about 2yrs children

A. For 2 years child, give all family foods. Give 5 to 6 meals a day. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food. Variety of pulses, legumes.
