A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. prefer protein rich diet. offer more liquid and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

A. hi dear mom..only good food doesn't give energy..a well balanced meal will help you to get energy...a diet should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits. no junk and processed food in diet. happy parenting
