Q.

Food chart for 1 year baby. I give them in morning biscuits with warm water Afternoon khichdi or rice with boil potatoes Suji sometime Bread butter sometime Egg poch sometime What else can i add??

A. avoid biscuits. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
