Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !!! Didn't get you as baby is 6 months old start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts,dal water, Soups,sooji porridge/kheer. Avoid oil, sugar, salt in baby foods - Use ghee, unsalted butter.
