first day ,of my menstural cycle i dont get periods only symptoms,later it lasts for 3 days the is slowly bleeding reduced but it takes 2 week to get white discharge.iam in menopouse or hormonal imbalance eso it takes 20 days to complete the cycle ,I am 38year and mom of 3 kids.

A. best to get a check up.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as wellTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
