fever with headache, so what will be the medicines, kindly suggest with medicine compositions .

A. Sir, his wt- 30kg,then what will be the dosage quantity?

A. only paracetamol is sufficient for both fever and headache and body pain for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
