Fever with cough and runny nose in 7 year toddler, pehle 5 din fever aya fir 4/5 days se nahi aya, fir achanak aj se fever ara hai., please suggest ku krun,than you

A. Mantra syrup can be given fir cold cough runny nose and also if again fever starts coming then give Crocin syrup as well on regular intervals and co silt the doctor once
