Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if there is any fever you need to take paracetamol to control the fever and you should monitor the temperature frequently e and you also need to find out why reason is there so consult your doctor

Yeah Could be a possibility that you are tired and exhausted maybe which is why you got a little bit of fever because sometimes when we do not get proper sleep restless nights you it can happen so just have a mild medicine as of now and try to make your schedule better
