Fever and cough with no food taste

A. Generally that happens because when you give medicines to the child can sometimes disturb the pallet and that is why you don’t feel any taste or flavour because of that that’s normal what the child is going to feel better slowly the child will also have a taste towards back so continue with the medicine suggested by the doctor
