this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daily bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paracetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.
the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried dout for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

You can give paracetamol to the child and if they swelling into the mouth of your child or in around like cheeks on the outer side then they may be a possibility that your child could be suffering with mumps as of now you give paracetamol repeated after six hours if the temperature rises then please see your paediatrician tomorrow
