A. Dear ma’am, excess carbs from the rice can also be stored as fat. Allow your kid to regulate his hunger and establish a mealtime routine. Provide enough protein and healthy fat so that it gives fullness. Include Sundal, curd, egg whites, thick vegetable sambar, dal etc
