Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, feeding mom can eat everything that is healthy. But must avoid cold items like ice creams, cold buttermilk, cold fruit juice or citrus fruits, smoking and alchole, also MSG . Rest you can eat everything. Good luck and take
