check if baby is comfortable
if you feel anything doubtful then show to doctor
keep baby in upright position

See if your child is having milk in the nose at the time of feeding in the child may suddenly have problem in breathing and your child could throw up also they could be different things so you have to be very precise and particular with a posture and the feeding position that you have said that you do not go wrong
