Facing some heartburn or burning sensation in chest after dinner. Please suggest me 😊

A. Hello Lemon water, Buttermilk curd helps to relieve burning sensation Chew fennel seeds after meals Avoid spicy, fried & sugary foods Avoid maida based products like Biscuits, toast, puri Make sure to include lot of Vegetables, salads, fruits in your meals.

A. Take cold milk After your lunch or dinner after like half an hour or so don’t eat too much of spicy feed cut down on your spicy food as of now just eat moderate and light spices maybe too much of spicy food is not suiting you also you can consult your doctor for medicine
