Extra mucus with yellow poop doing my 4 month baby please help me.!

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. do not worry if the baby is only on mothers milk. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Oh sometimes mucus is common in the poop of the child but if it has been continuously happening then there could be a bright chance of stomach stomach infection so just take a clarity with your paediatric they’ll be able to help you and assist you
