Explain about lactose intolerance.

A. Babies' bodies make the lactase enzyme so they can digest milk, including breast milk. Babies born too early (premature) sometimes have lactose intolerance. Children who were born at full term often do not show signs of the problem before they are 3 years old. the symptoms include: bloating. diarrhea. gas. nausea. pain in your abdomen. stomach “growling” or rumbling sounds. vomiting.

A. Hi mommy Many baby have lactose intolerance which lead to Diarrhoea vomiting rashes etc It should be examine by your doctor So consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
