A. meet ent dr earr infections can be either fungal or bacterial. it requires both ear drops as well as oral antibiotics. the medicine needs to be given for 7 to 10 days according to the severity. meet your doctor for the medicines required. during this time it is important that water should not go inside the ears. for pain you can taked paracetamol as well as ibuprofen
