experts. my baby is not taking zinc vitamins f drops. he is avoiding that. only taking d3. if I skip zinc drop baby won't get weight gain?? baby on mother milk only

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Only D3 drops are a must to be given to the child a lot of kids do not like to have all the supplement those are given if your child is having the important ones like di three then it is not an issue you can continue with zinc supplement later
