expert,I am 40 year old women, my last period date august 8 th,till September 28 me not come period,sep28 night come little brown color bleed little bit,after that no bleeding then 4 days same night come little bit brown color bleed,then not there after 2 days I tried pregnancy test,that come positive what it means,now today little bit brown color come ,I before dis scan time come endomateria thickness,I didn't tk any treatment please anyone help
