Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. there are multiple causes of crying at the night time but at 4 months of age the most common cause is either colic pain due to teething pen. you can give colicaid for colic pain and for teething pain you can give paracetamol
