Hello ma’am Give paracetamol to your child every 6 to 8 hours maximum four times in a day and also I must tell you that you should start doing cold punch to the child better known as Thanda Pani ki patti on regular basis if the fever subsides within a day or two perfectly good otherwise you do need to consult your paediatrician
