Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is 100 or more then only consider it has fever and give paracetamol otherwise it is totally normal in small children to have slightly warm head palms and soles
