A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and if her body is warm and body temperature is very normal then it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation so don’t worry

A. A normal temperature in babies is considered to be around 97.5 degrees fahrenheit (36.4 degrees celsius). Overheating and fevers in babies are considered to be around 100.4 degrees fahrenheit (38 degrees celsius) or above. Keep in mind that normal baby body temperatures can vary in your baby throughout the day.
