Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Measure the temperature , if it's 100f or higher it's fever. Paracetamol drops according to her weight canbe given Cold sponging can be given. but don't over -do it. Provider her BM as and when she needs. Consult your pediatrician if symptoms persist
