exclusively breastfeeding baby of 5 months old . i keep on getting milk bleb twice a week which leads to painful breastfeeding. what could be the reason for it? what could be done to avoid it?

A. hi it happens because of milk supply or incorrect latching so first, if you are having much milk supply, express milk through hands or breastpump at some intervals try different feeding positions
