everytime my son rub his private part(penis) I clean him properly..give enough water...& also use sofinox ointment..but no results.. what is the cause?? is it harmful?

A. hello dear at this age rubbing the private parts is more like a behaviour thing for them. you can just stop him from doing that whenever you notice that so that as and when he grows he will realise that it it is not proper. it wont cause any harm as it is a normal behaviour of this age
