A. Yes its a good mosquito repellent. First Apply on small area and check for any rash ,if ok then use But avoid in newborn babies

A. Eucalyptus oil is likely unsafe for children. It should not be taken by mouth or applied to the skin. You may use Mamaearth's insect repellant. I use it.
