Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi You can start with trying egg yolk for the baby. once you observe for 3 days that baby has tolerated egg yolk. you can give egg white . again observe for 3 days for signs of allergy

See Different doctors at different thing some say that you should only give egg yellow till 12 to 13 months and some say that you can give both of it so it’s completely your choice but I would say that for initial 12 months you should go for yellow part only because that’s much more healthier and rich in protein
