Eating onion while breastfeeding...Is it safe..???

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. yes you can have it... generally onion, garlic etc are good for health. ... should be taken in moderate quantity... but them it taste pass through the breastmilk... and some baby don't like the taste.. and object to the milk... so if you want you can have it in small quantity and check for the baby's reaction... if he don't react anything.. then you can have it in moderate quantity often...
