A. hello dear you can include and have a normal fluid and a fiber rich diet have lots of seasonal veges and milk twice a day...topiings can be added to the diet have curd and paneer as a part of the daily meal

A. yes, sure, why not, you can eat oregano during pregnancy. your diet should have variety of food groups so that it becomes balanced and fulfills the requirements for different essential nutrients. control intake of high fat, sugar, salt containing foods, processed packaged foods.

A. hi mom. yes you can include oregano during pregnancy but don't overdo. also you use indian herbs to your daily meals. keep yourself well hydrated this summer with nourishing fresh juices
