ear infection antibiotics causing loose motion in 5 months baby.what I have to do whether I need to continue or stop?

If you are sure it is creating loose motions then you should stop giving it for a while first consult your doctor now ask them to change the medicine that is what is going to be the best thing that you can do for your child because if there is an infection it has to be treated
