During pregnancy I was prescribed to take Thyronorm -50 mg. I took one table daily from 4th month of pregnancy and continued it up to one &half month after post pregnancy. I got tested my thyroid profile after 15 days of stopping the thyronorm tablet. In the report, the TSH was 2.54 and within the normal range. Again after three month I got tested and now TSH is 5.06. The report is attached. It may be noted that I breastfeed my baby. It is requested to kindly let me know that is it safe to continue to breastfeed with this level of TSH and also should I start medication of Thyronorm again. My baby is of 5 months and 20 days and completely dependent on my breastfeeding. I shall be grateful for your suggestions.
