Q.

During pregnancy cravings for sugar and all is fine but even after delivery I eat so much of sweet things. What should I do as I never ate so much of sweet things before

A. hey mommy it's normal to have cravings. post pregnancy you can slowly start getting back to your healthy diet. have meals that are filling so you don't have these cravings. happy motherhood mommy.

A. Your metabolism is high now because you are nursing. So it wouldn't cause a problem. If you feel you are taking way more than normal try replacing it with nuts or healthy sweets such as Chikkis or use organic sugar instead of white sugar. But don't deprive!!!
