during breast feeding breast touches the child nose and pressed it does the shape of nose changes

No it doesn’t happen like that and anyways the nose is not pressed if you feel like the nose is getting pressed that means you’re feeding position is not correct you need to work upon the right feeding position for the child and it is not going to affect the structure of the nose or shape of the news
