A. Cow's milk or buffaloes milk should not be introduced before the baby turns one year old. A baby's digestive system is not developed enough to handle the large quantity of proteins in cow's milk or buffaloes milk. Buffaloes milk is much more heavier. Introducing cow's milk or buffaloes milk so early can make the baby's system intolerant to it. It can also cause iron deficiency as it interferes with iron absorption in the body. Amount of sodium is much higher than what a baby's kidneys can handle.
