Q.

dry small pimples (around the mouth and Nick)are comings...after bath they will go but after some time they come again ...plz advice us

A. check any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water, also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes. skip the suspected item apply soothing lotion or ice if itching. consult in emergency if breathing difficulty, any facial swelling
