Consult Paeditrician about this,as baby is three months old any mild health issues like temperature, digestion issues, motions,cold, cough need to be treated by paeditrician only don't look for health remedies ,they may suit to one baby and doesn't suits to other baby.
Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies,if baby on breastfeed then mother have to follow diet avoid spicy,heavy foods,oily, processed foods which cause phelgum, cough, digestion issues in baby.
