Dr. Which food I should give her. To eat in 7 month 6 days as of now and I want to stop her formula milk nan pro 2 and want to start with Normal milk

Give cow milk after one year as baby’s digestive system is still developing
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
