Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy.
Practicing tummy time will help to expel gases from tummy.

Its Five drops twice a day that’s what is mentioned and mostly I would like to tell you with most of the medicines it’s going to be mostly five drops till the age of six months and after the age of six months it’s going to be 10 drops for most of the medicine that is how the medication for kids
