Q.

Dr. My daughter is 3.5 year old and she is suffering from constipation for last few days.She has problem passing her stool and it is very hard. Please advice what medicine i can give her?

A. it ks very com in kids. Constipation Is very common in kids mainly in toddlers due to less water intake or less fiber intake . Just increase the quantity of both for normal motions . Also lactulose can be guven but only if age is more than 2 yr .
