Dr my baby is 3 months old...since 3 days my baby face and body got small small pimples...and wherever pimples are there that side skin has become rough..on cheeks and chin more small pimples like have come out .on body also some pimples like have come..so what to do.. i usually put coconut oil for body massage before bath and sebamed lotion i am applying on all over the body after bath.. plz tell me what to do to come out of this small pimples on baby's body
